inexpensive video for windoze

Greetings fellow seers,

I am looking for any kind of CuSeeMe video capture solution for Windoze.
anything under $500 would we acceptable.

I use the following configuration:

Pentium 90MHz
16MB main memory
4.4GB fixed disk capacity
Diamond Stealth 64 VRAM 4MB video controller
Adaptec AHA-2490w SCSI host adapter
Sound Blaster Pro sound card (why did I ever get rid of the Ultrasound16, why,
why, why?)
ZOOM Telephonics V.34X 28,800bps modem over PPP using NetMangler
Chameleon

any help would be greatly appreciated..
