Linux Reflector

We've been running the reflector version 3.0b3 for almost a year with no
problems. We upgraded to 4.0b3(latest) and cannot connect to it from any
machine without it first giving us the MOTD and then saying "No response
from xxx". Apparently others out on the net can connect to it.... Any ideas?

2 other admins are having the same problem.....
