Win95 and CUDOODLE

We have a user that is using CUDOODLE with a Quickcam. When he changes
his SYSTEM.INI to:

[drivers]
MSVIDEO=cudoodle.dll
MSVIDEO1=quickcam.drv

He reboots: CUSEEME always uses the quickcam. He's using Win95. Any ideas?
