Not strictly correct. There is a deny capability with the telnet mechanism.
If you started the reflector with a password, telnet in, enter the password
and do a "help commands". The deny, term and kill commands are password
protected. Unfortunately the functionality to save the dynamic state of a
reflector to the reflect.conf file is not yet implemented, so if you restart
the reflector you lose the knowledge of that deny. If you want the deny to be
permanent, you do have to add them to the reflect.conf file as well, but you
CAN deny them using the telnet mechanism.

The telnet mechanism for dynamic reflector configuration gives you many more
features than the refmon command, but it is not really finished yet, there are
obvious pieces of functionality that need to be added. All in good time....
