i have "CAPSCRN" for windows, which allows you to select an area of the
desktop for capture to a .avi video file. My problem is, when i run it,
i get the error message:

Unable to load the capture driver. The driver is either already in use,
out of memory, or is not installed.

I have all the required .dll's and am not yet using the quickcam or any
other application before running capscrn. Any help would be appreciated.

Do I have to define, for example, MSVIDEO2=CAPSCRN.DLL or something like
that? I have not yet done this.
