There is never enough time it seems to say thank you... so I thought I
would take the time to publicly praise a few people whose work with CuSeeMe
and Internet provided great insights, some frank reviews, and clarification
for a paper I presented this week at AusWeb '95, the Australian WWWeb
conference. (http://www.scu.edu.au/ausweb95/index.html)

Thanks to the CuSeeMe team for the great product. No ifs, ands or buts,
your tool is fantastic.

Thanks to Michael Sattler for his excellent web pages and sage advice.
Your comments on ISDN were well received and noted. Nobody in Australia
disputed we are getting ripped off by the local telephone service
"provider". For you in North America take solace in economies of scale. (If
you don't know what this means ask "Mikey", he'll take on anything. :-) )

Finally, thanks to Roel Vertegaal from the University of Twente, the
Netherlands, for getting up at 3:30am to complete a CuSeeMe connection to
the AusWeb '95 conference. Roel has the most amazing home page that has
hypertext links to a cgi script that fires us CuSeeMe (even if it is not
running) to answer CuSeeMe calls. His participation as a "guest speaker" at
the conference during "The Web Future and Commerce on the Web#The Impact of
Live Audio Visuals on the Web and Business" brought together the use of cgi
scripts and CuSeeMe in a very tangible example of what is possible. 150
cheering fans thought you and your work was great, keep up the good work.

I now return you to your normal CuSeeMe mailing list.
