Netscape launching of specific CU-SeeME connection?

Forgive me if this question has been asked before ad nauseum. I read the
FAQ, web pages, and tried to scour the 'net for this kind of info, to no
avail.

I would like to be able to click on a hyperlink within a web document
and have Netscape launch CU-SeeME and specifically, to a particular
site. It's trivial to get Netscape to launch CU-SeeME (I've got this
working), but then I'm left with having to connect to a particular
conference (which is no problem for me, but _is_ a problem for others).
I see 2 potential ways to achieve what I want:

1. Set CU-SeeME to automatically connect to a particular site upon
startup. Can one do this (maybe with ResEdit)?
2. Use AppleScript to both launch CU-SeeME and connect to the desired
site. I'm sure this is possible, but I'm not facile with AppleScript and
plus, this adds some overhead on our end-users.

What is this for?
This is a project to bring various computereized medical resources to
medical professionals. They have access to a variety of different
information sources, database searches, etc. If they are unsuccessful in
finding what they need, they can connect to a live "help" person
using CU-SeeME. This is currently envisioned only as a one-to-one
conference. This particular aspect is very preliminary.
