CMe does not see Video blaster

I recently installed a Creative Labs Video Blaster SE100 card in my Windows
PC but CUSeeMe (v.W0.34b5) does not recognize it and will not allow to
transmit video.

What am I NOT doing? (I think it has to do with MS Video for Windows but I
don't know what!!)
