Full Duplex Audio Cards

Windows Users:
I just want to clear up a point. The current Sound Blaster and many other
sound cards are half duplex. CU-SeeMe for Windows will work with these cards,
its just that when you speak, you will stop hearing what others are saying.
It will be like speaking on a walkie-talkie (spelling?) or half duplex
speaker phone. CU-SeeMe can detect that a board is half duplex and operate
accordingly.
Apparently, some Macs are half-duplex but most are not.
Again, if you have a sound card that's full duplex and you're happy with
it let me know. I've already heard about:

Pro Audio Spectrum
Gravis Ultrasound
Turtle Beach Tropez
