Re: Windows 95....

Many thanks for the advice. My problem was being compounded by the use of
dual network cards (no point in doing anything by halves!). The
documentation for Win95 appears a little vague in the direction of network
card/protocol setup. It could be that Mr Microsoft decided to make things
happen in other mysterious ways. Netscape 1.0 and 1.3 (one of those lousy
beta versions with an expiry date) BOTH work fine now. Eudora (mailer) is OK
and CU-SeeMe runs like a rabbit, though I haven't been game enough to
re-install the frame-grabber!

Pegasus (mailer), Mosaic 2.0a6 and several other quickies which require
TCP/IP still don't work. Fortunately, I still have the 'backup' PC!

I'm using trumpwsk 2.0, with NETBEUI and IPX/SPX. I've lumped Novell 4.x on
top of that again. I could give more details if required.

Good luck,
Glenn.
