What we need for the event are 3 reflectors on the mainland USA
preferably located on the west coast, somewhere in the central states and
on the east coast. We also need one located somewhere in central Europe,
preferably Holland and maybe one in the UK.
The reflectors that would be willing to volunteer need to have fairly
high bandwidth in to their institution (2Mb or more) and access to the
reflector software allowing frequent reconfiguration in the setting up
stage.

possible so we can start testing.
