FTP downloads of reflectors

I find that I use "Fetch 2.1.2" when downloading FTP files, run it as a
background application with Netscape or Mosaic, and "copy" the URL across
to the connection window in fetch (usual login as "anonymous" with "guest"
as password, or if this doesnt work login as "guest" and put your
"user_name" as the password) This seems to prevent any problems with
downloads. I too have had problems with downloading from various sites, and
this is usually associated with administration access.
