I called their Tech Support. They say the TV500 is so new, they don't have
ANY updated software for it (drivers, etc.). I suggest TV500 owners begin
an E-mail campaign to get this little problem corrected. At the moment, I
feel I'm not getting my $250 worth. Yikes! (It's still a pretty neat
product though.)
