RT300 support

When we are able to release source code there is at least one person
waiting to do work on this that I know of and hopefully more.

I've got a PC with Videoblaster RT300. Unfortunately, the RT300 is
listed in compat.txt as not working with CU-SEEME, and indeed I cannot
get it to work either.

Does anybody know if there is work going on to make the RT300 work with
CU-SEEME?
