Use NOTEPAD to open the file c:\windows\cuseeme.ini and look for the following:

[Flow Control]

change the maxrecvcap to 24 and the minrecvcap to 10, like mine are. Once
you get a video device, you can change these values from within CU-SeeMe.

Man I hate that. Audio is the worst part of CU. Make sure that your sound
card ddrivers are insalled properly, and that you have selected the
appropriate drivers in CU-seeMe. Once your settings have been changed, you
may get some audio, but at 28.8 it won't be GREAT audio.

The data can get "backed up" at your ISP. Once you disconnect, wait about a
minute before attempting to connect to another reflector. This works for
me. If you have an external modem, you can watch the lights to tell when
the data has stopped being sent to your PC.
