Its even worse, I desperately tryd to get a programming manual for the
MIRO DC20 PCI adapter. I even sent a fax to the product manager.

No chance ! If you try and dare to use the board with any other OS
than WINDOZE, your lost. They don't even let you write your own drivers.
This really is bad policy. It would cost them nothing except a few copies
(I would even pay for it) and pointers to some chips datasheets.

This is really bad since it is, according to tests a really fine capture

Another flaw: It does not support 8 bit palletized mode, like the current
version of Cornells CUSEEME needs it, so you have to stick to the
commercial WP software (which works quite well with it).
