Etiquette of listing reflectors

I have a few suggestions for maintainers of public reflector listings:

1) Get persmission from the owner of the reflector to list the reflector.

2) Get permission from the owner of the reflector to list that person's email
address publicly.

3) When doing a response test, a check to see if the reflector is alive, send
a note again to the owner of the reflector to make sure it is still OK to list
that reflector.

4) If you feel you do not have the time to contact each reflector maintainer I
submit that you do not have the time to maintain a responsible reflector
listing and should give the practice up.
