New Reflector

Just thought id let everyone know..

There is a new reflector (experimental) running at
(shoup-jay.eigenmann.indiana.edu) or (149.159.15.26)
It is an open reflector located on a T1 equivelent at
Indiana University in Bloomington. It is NOT operated
by the university but rather by its owne, me.

Please keep your data rate below 50 and well see how it
goes.. Try it out, if you have any comments let me know.

The 'Murphy Factor'.

The law states, "The statistical probability for a successful
presentation of a concept or idea seeking general acceptance
is inversely proportional to the number of observers observing
an experiment or project multiplied by a factor of (.5)".
