Use wshost to lookup 205.231.100.197 and you get m5.boston.juno.com=20
Lookup m5.boston.juno.com and you get 205.231.100.197

This means that your ISP (juno.com) has a DNS setup, and a Reverse DNS, too.
This should supply the host name for CU.

As far as the GPF error, contact the Winnov tech support people.
