This is not a CU-SeeMe or NetMeeting issue, but rather an underlying
multimedia issue. The problem is related to a mismatched version of
at least one of the following files usually located in
c:\windows\system :

Avicap32.dll Avifil32.dll
Mciavi.drv Avifile.dll
Winmm.dll Avicap.dll
Mmsystem.dll Msvideo.dll

Check each file to make sure you have the most current version.
Possibly, you have upgraded your computer, but still have an older
version of one or more of these files. Load the latest version for any
outdated files.
