I'm not sure it will help, but it appears White Pine has "unofficially"
released a newer version of 3.1.1. Their "new and improved" web pages
don't seem to mention it though (but I didn't spend much time hunting
since I can't find anything I'd want in their web pages anymore).

I spent an hour downloading it and it looks like it MAY fix the "build 25"
bugs. It's 3.1.1.016 available at
ftp://ftp.wpine.com/pub/CU-SeeMe/cu311.exe

Can always give the latest a shot if you got an hour to kill downloading
(or unless you're one of the lucky ones with more bandwidth).
