Thanks..that helps a bit. I need to read up on what it all means. :)

A few URL's from his home page...He works for Smith Micro that puts out a
H.324 application (Audio Vision I believe is the name).
His videoconferencing tips page is at
http://www.computek.net/public/plong/vctips.html

His main page at http://www.computek.net/public/plong/index.html tells a
bit about what he's done with lots of links.

H.324 links from his page:
http://www.computek.net/public/plong/synchv34.html
And I was mistaken before...
http://www.computek.net/public/plong/ncom.html describes how to adapt
H.324 for modems that aren't synchronous. (no V.80 support).
