We use to make a product called ComputerEyes/Pro, non-realtime 24-bit video
capture card for the PC and Mac. We have a few in stock at $199.95. We
even have a couple "bargain basement" boards that have been returned by
customers and refurbed for a $129.

The product takes up to 24 seconds to capture an image, but the results are
certainly respectable for the price. The only limitation is that the
object that you capture must stay still for the capture period. A paused
VCR doesn't always give the board the video quality that it needs for the
capture, unless it's a rock solid pause.

Of course, CE/Pro doesn't work with CU SeeMe, either. Did you mention
whether you had a Mac or a PC, Tim?
