Dear Sir,

I am an editor for a magazine called MacUser/Japan. We are a monthly
publication with approximately 100,000 readers base. With each edition of
the monthly, we attach a CD-ROM which includes our own multimedia creation
and a few of the sharewares/freewares. We came about with this idea because
some of our readers are beginners who may have trouble going across the
network. Some are even without some network service, due to relatively
expensive modem or communication peripherals cost here in Japan.

We would like to know if it is possible for us to distribute your
shareware/freewares
listed below in unstuffed/extracted form:

CU-SeeMe0.70b1

If you consent to this, then we would like to place it on our CD for our
January issue that would come out on December 18th. Also, if the readme
file is not in TeachText file format (eg. MS-WORD which is not a widely
accepted format in Japan), we would like to know if we can add a converted
file so that our readers can open it. Also we would like to have your
permission to upload your sharewares/freewares to ZO Net, a local BBS here
in Japan.

If you consent to this, we would gladly send you a copy of our magazine
which contains your sharewares/freewares. Please send us the mail address
in your response.

Your response at the earliest possible time would be very much
appreciated. And thank you very much for your time and attention on this
matter.
