It seems you have a problem with the QuickTime portion of the loop, since
you can't get QuickMovie to work. So... restart with only QuickTime and
the QuickCam extentions. Does QuickMovie work? If yes, move on. If no,
reinstall *all* the QuickCam software.

QuickMovie works. Now, add MacTCP and restart. Does QuickMovie work?
Does MacTCPWatcher work after you SLIP in? Delete your CU-SeeMe
Preferences file. Run CU-SeeMe. Do you see local video? Connect to some
reflector. Are you transmitting?
