Update on Reflecter 4.03 bug report

More information on the problems with the SUN 4.0b3 reflector.

A colleague of mine on another campus was able to establish nv/vat sessions
from an SGI on my HP 4.0b3 Cuseeme reflector, but when we switched to
similarly configured Sun reflector, only vat worked. I have seen this
behavior from alphas also trying to connect to these reflectors. I suspect
the problem is with the SUN reflector. THe Sun reflector does work OK for
CU-SeeMe-only sessions.

As before MOTD doesn't work on the SUN, but is ok on HP
