No, just 16 shades of gray.

CU-SeeMe compression algoritm is designed for 16 shades of gray.

Any color video camera & capture board.
But CU-SeeMe still shows & sends grayscale images only.

If you want color, use some other program. They usually need also two
ISDN channels and dedicated hardware. I am really happy even with 16 shades
of gray when I can talk with many people around world.

If CU-SeeMe would have started with large color screen, not many people could
aford equipment or bandwidth. Videoconferencing alone is not fun.
