No sound

Hardware mac 7100/80 AV 16/700
Software Mac OS 7.5
MacTCP 2.0.6
Cu-SeeMe 0.83b3 (PPC)
I recently purchased the computer as mentined above. All works well with
Cu-seeMe except when I try to send audio and press the "push to talk "
button in the audio window. I get the following error message window :-

"SPB GetDeviceInfo2 Failed
error =3D-192"

I would very much appreciate any help in sloving this problem :)
