Just purchased the quickcam for windows and it works very well.
Installation is a breeze and it doesn't require any additional video
cards. The only drawback so far is that it takes over your parallel
port so you need to get an A/B switch to avoid switching printer and
quickcam cables.

The problem I have is that when using CUSM and most reflector sites,
I don't seem to be able to RECEIVE video when I an TRANSMITTING.
Before the quickcam, I had no trouble receiving video very well and
fast. Now it seems to take forever, if video ever appears. When I
connect and STOP SENDING VIDEO, the reception improves but is still
not what it used to be before quickcam I have max. transmission of
90 and min of 5. Am using version from white pine that fixed the
quickcam double image problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also, when starting CUSM, I get an error message "setsock opt.
error" I simple hit "OK" and the program starts
