Program has stopped responding

I have been using Cuseeme for about two weeks with no problems. Until
yesterday morning, when I began receiving "reflector not responding
messages. It worked fine last night. But all day today no go, no
reflector is responding. Do you think my service may be using a
firewall intermitently?

HELP!!!
