Humble Request

I have a PC running Windows NT Workstation 4.0. It has
the Video Spigot capture card. I used the drivers for it that
came on the Win NT CD ROM. I loaded the Windows 3.1 version of
Microsoft Video for Windows. The Vid Capture program works fine.
But when I try to run Vid Edit, it shows the opening screen for a
split second and then quits. Worse yet, when I run CU-See Me, and
try to send video, it crashes the computer to the "Blue Screen".
My questions are:
Is there a 32 bit version of Microsoft Video for Windows?
Where can I get it?
What can I do to make CU-See Me work with NT?
It works fine with the CineVideo/Direct videoconferencing
program for sending video. And I can run CU-See Me in lurker mode
with no problems. If someone has any advice, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks a million,
