Not from Cornell specifically...from what I understand, Cornell has moved
on to other projects and isn't currently updating CU-SeeMe very much if at
all.

However, I've heard that there is a color freeware version in the works
from some OTHER programmers who are interested in seeing CU-SeeMe advanced
without White Pine's tactics. I'd be willing to bet within a year
there'll be a freely available version of CU-SeeMe for Mac and PC that
supports color and is actively updated with what the average user wants
rather than what the corporate market wants.

For now, the only freeware version I'm aware of that supports color is
CU-OS/2 but it's only for OS/2.

It's amazing how well free software can be advanced when the people
producing it aren't out strictly to make money. The GNU concept is alive
and well in today's society.
