Bill,

We have it working on a Gateway 486 with a Video Blaster card.
Make sure you have installed the vblaster driver that comes with
the board and add the following line to the [drivers] section of
your system.ini file:
msvideo=vblaster.drv

This took care of the inability to send video for us.
