Hi Tim,

The audio WAS acting VERY weird on Tuesday. Unfortunately, it was hard to
discern a pattern, except to say some of us could hear some of the
participants and some of us could hear none of the participants.

For example, I would say, "If you can hear me wave," and most of the folks
would wave. But, I could not hear them. And then every once and awhile I
would hear someone.

Most locations were using b11 and some were using b10. We tried
disconnecting and reconnecting...and sometimes that helped and sometimes
it did not. The audio seemed to disappear suddenly. We also tried other
reflectors.

We were very persistent in trying to narrow down the cause of the audio
problem...but, finally gave up..and Tim(Oz) attributed it to Sun Spots!

On another topic:
My cap was set to 60...but, I was disconnected three times with the
message that I needed to lower my cap. This was kind of a pain, as I was
demoing at a big telecom conference. Anyway, I did mention the problem to
John.

Thanks...Yvonne
