.according to the miro's manuals, MJPEG is Motion JPEG. Meaning that
all 30 (or 25, er less..) frames are kept as complete frames, without
regard to previous frame. Therefore, in MJPEG you get as output
that framerate of JPEG images. Described tehnique is diferent then
MPEG's (where compression algorithm looks for differences between two
frames), and also of Cu-Seeme's for that matter.
