Gotta love answering your own question. One easy way to do this is to set
the versions high, and consult the logs:

For Mac 0.70b12:
> old MAC version # 18 is being rejected

For PC 0.34b4:
> old PC version # 2 is being rejected

It appears that there is no distinction in the beta releases of the PC
version. Is this because no *major* bugs were fixed? I would prefer to have
control over every (public) beta release if possible.
