I believe that I'd heard the problem with transmitting images over the MIT
X Window System (the manual decries the name "x-windows" and other such
corruptions) is that it doesn't gracefully handle that kind of load of XBM
(X bit-map images). I'm not sure about this.

And about DOS, you're kidding, right? What about CP/M, RSTS/E, VAX/VMS,
and other obsolete operating systems? I believe the problem with any
CU-SeeMe under DOS is the lack of bitmapped image support (among a host of
other problems).
