HELP!! CU-SeeMe on Ethernet

I am trying to use Cu-SeeMe on our local campus ethernet LAN. I have 2
Macs (6100av and 840av) using CUSee-Me 0.7b12 and I am getting poor frame
rates. I am getting great transmission speed but poor fps.

Anyone have any ideas??
