CU-SeeMe Newbie Questions

I understand that the Connectix QuickCam is compatible with CU-SeeMe. Correct?

If I want to set up a two-PC video-conference do I only need to connect to the other person's IP address? If that person has a SLIP account do we both need to use something like "Here" to advertise our IP addresses at our ISP's site? If so, can anyone recommend a finger daemon compatible with Netcom?

Are there any other considerations to be made before I spring the $100 (compatibility with Win 95 for instance)?
