UTC = PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) + 7
UTC = PST (Pacific Standard Time) + 8
UTC = EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) + 4
UTC = EST (Eastern Standard Time) + 5

so,... 6 pm PST would be 02:00 UTC. But, is it really at 6 pm _PST_ ???
We're still on Daylight Savings Time for a couple more weeks...so perhaps
its at 01:00 UTC?
