Dear Kathy,
Yes, CU-SeeMe is 100% UDP. There have been lots of arguments about
the efficiency fo this, and about the effect on the net. The basic idea is
that if a packet is lost, you don't want that packet sent again, you would
rather have a new piece of the screen.
