I'm having problems connecting to cuseeme sites. usually, i'm told the
IP address is not responding. the fps rate, when i do connect, sometimes
drops quickly to .1.

Is this normal. is there something i should configure on my computer.
i'm using a 9500 powermac.

where can i find other sites to meet people with this?
