There is a version of reflector that runs on PC Win, Win95 and NT. People have replied
to me they have had good luck with it, u can get it to try by either FTPing to
ugate.ucsc.com, it is under /pub, and get wreflect.zip or get it via the web page
http://www.ucsc.com/

No promises but, hey, it is free and maybe it will solve your problem.
