I just had an interesting conversation with Tim Dorcey, the fellow at
Cornell who writes the Mac version of CUSeeMe and the Unix reflector. The
Unix platform that they have at Cornell is RS6000's. The reason this came
up is that yesterday, Fred Harris, Derrick Kong (from Hawaii) and I were
able to document that the HP and Sun reflectors at UTD (both Version 4.0B3)
behaved differently. I reported that to Tim, and he wasn't terribly
surprised. After a little discussion, Tim conceded that the AIX versions
were likely to be a little bit better behaved because that is the platform
that Cornell tests on.
