Address Translation problems?

Has anyone had problems using CU-SeeMe over the Internet using address
translations systems from privately allocated networks (i.e. RFC 1918
style systems)?

I was having a problem with CU-SeeMe (both Cornell and Enhanced) which
I believe is related to our address translation box. In the future, it
is expected that more businesses will be using privately allocated IPs for
internal use, and translating them to unique Internet IPs for external
communication...if CU-SeeMe has a problem with this, it could be very
damaging to have entire companies of people who can't use the software.
