Sounds like a corrupted file you should try completely removing CU and
its related files and reinstall it with a fresh download.
It could also be a support driver is at fault. Perhaps a driver. You may
have to reinstall any related drivers. Make sure you check the
manufacturer's Internet site for updated drivers.
