Use the cursor arrow keys on the keyboard (Mac) to make the text in your
video window move to the top (up arrow), move to the bottom (down arrow),
scroll across the window (left arrow, once for standard speed twice for
faster, then use the right arrow to slow it down or twice to stop the scroll)
