Yes. TIA is a SLIP _emulator_.
It does not support the ICMP or UDP protocols that CU-SeeMe uses.

Thus, you cannot use PING under TIA, ARCHIE is problematic and, most
regretably, CU-SeeMe won't work.
Oh well... can't have everything under TIA.
