Don't forget that for this kind of broadcast event, the source can connect
in "Send Only" mode (or can select "Stop Receiving" from the Conference
menu) to prevent incoming video. It may still be a good idea for viewers
to connect to the reflector in receive-only mode, so as not to overwhelm
the reflector or other receivers' links.
