Windows users:
There is a bug with the Windows version of CU-SeeMe where if you try
to open a closed video windows, often another random closed window will
be opened instead. This annoying bug will be fixed soon along with an
adjustment to the disconnect timing to help close down connections on
congested links without accidental re-connects.
